At Liberty, we maintain high expectations for all students and adults on our campus. Students are expected to act responsibly and always do their best academically, behaviorally, and socially. We encourage our students to seek additional support whenever they have a problem, need assistance, or have a concern. We also believe that the best way to be aware of your children’s progress is to communicate with your child’s teachers.

Dolly Dunlap
Mrs. Dunlap is a first grade teacher at Liberty Elementary School. She has been teaching first grade for 23 years. Mrs. Dunlap previously taught kindergarten for 10 years at Central Public Schools before having the privilege of coming back home to teach at her childhood school, Sallisaw Public Schools! Mrs. Dunlap has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Northeastern State University. She is married to Jim and they have 2 children, Jen and Joe and 4 grandchildren, Spencer, Sloane, James, and Jacob. Mrs. Dunlap enjoys reading, shopping, and spending time with her family. She loves her first grade students. Greeting her students with a smile and a hug each morning is the highlight of her day. Teaching is not just a job, it is Mrs. Dunlap's passion.
